Refund policy

Our backpacks are made to order by hand. Unfortunately, sales of all customized products are final.

In case of defective product

In case you receive a defective product, please reach out to us at support@cocoandcloverstore.com within 30 days of your purchase. 

Please attach a photograph of the defect in your email. 

We will issue you a full refund within 24 hours.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to place the order.

Please note, your bank may take up to 10 working days to credit the amount back into your account.
